• The edible spoons giveaway is sponsored by ediblespoons.co.uk. In the event a kit has not been received by the winner SPW will not be held responsible.
• Eligible entries must include a name and a valid email address.
• The deadline for entries is listed in the post.
• The winner will be selected using a random number generator.
• The winner will be notified via the email supplied at the time of entry. If the email returns void, no effort will be made to trace the winner.
• The winner must accept their prize within 28 days of the notification email being sent. After 2 weeks a reminder email will be sent if no reply has been made. If there is no contact from the winner after 28 days from initial email, the winner forfeits any claim to any prize
• If there is a misunderstanding regarding the giveaway/competition, prize, method of delivery, or compensation. SPW has the right to reserve the final say.
• Any comments that appear as spam will be deleted.
• If you don’t like any of these rules, please oh please do not participate in SPW’s giveaways.
